Some questions regarding individual coaching

Q: How do you work?
A: We start with an assessment of your present life and how balanced it is. Then we proceed with determining your priorities in order to balance your life. After that we make a plan of action that will satisfy your needs and forever transform your life into a successful journey. Of course, if there are emergencies of any sort, they will take precedence. Very importantly, know that you will have my undivided attention and focus to help you succeed.

Q: Do I have to come to your office?
A: My office is anywhere where there is a telephone or a computer. You can be anywhere in the world to have a consultation. If you don't have a telephone, we still can do this, using the Internet. If you live outside of the USA, I will call you for the sessions.

Q: Are you a therapist?
A: I am a coach, not a therapist. Therapy takes forever but the success you will achieve with personal coaching is practically immediate. I do, however, have 5 degrees and experience in teaching, advising, and coaching.

Q: Can you coach in other languages as well?
A: Though I also speak other languages, I can coach you better in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Let me know which language you prefer.

Q: How long is a session?
A: There are 2 types of sessions: a 50min and a 30min with up to 3 email exchangings in between sessions that are free of charge. I recommend you start with a full session once a week.

Q: Is there a minimum commitment?
A: No. You do it whenever you are available and feel it necessary. However, since this is your life that is about to change, I recommend you stick with coaching for at least 12 consecutive weeks.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: 50 min = $134.00, 30 min = $98.00 from 9-5pm ET.
Evening sessions cost more. In case of emergency, you can also send me up to 3 email messages between sessions at no cost to you. You also have the option of purchasing a coaching session book: buy 10 sessions and receive 2 for free.

If you live in a country where the cost of living is lower than that for the US, I will charge you according to your cost of living. After all, I want to provide you with the opportunity to change your life for the better. Attention: No one will be turned down for lack of money.

If you need coaching and cannot pay for it, don't despair, we will figure something out.

A: You also get written materials, e-books and e-cards

A: Using PayPal or by cheque.
